Returns

We are happy to accept items you wish to return! We feel strongly that when you hold a Wee Forest Folk in your hand, you will find them irresistible but if you don't, we will happily accept a return or exchange and cover your shipping.

If your item was received broken or damaged, we will ship you a replacement. Email us at online@weeforestfolk.com. See our shipping policies for more information.

We will accept mostly any type of return. We prefer the return happen within 60 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we will just need your oder number. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Any item that is returned more than 6 months after delivery


Exchanges (if applicable)

Send us a receipt of your shipping costs and we will refund them to you!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
